On arrival at Bhubaneswar airport met by our representative transfer to hotel. Later if time permit half day sightseeing of famous city temples including Rajarani, Mukteswar (Gem of Orissan architecture), Brahmeswar & Lingaraj (from platform for foreigners). Overnight at Bhubaneswar.
Morning visit to Khandagiri & Udaigiri Jain caves.Latter visit to tribal museum (closed on Monday). Late afternoon visit to 64 yogini temple of Hirapur (optional) / shopping for traditional crafts, paintings & textiles. Overnight at Bhubaneswar.
Morning after breakfast drive to Gopalpur on sea / Taptapani (starting point of tribal area) enroute visit Olasingh textile village (one of the most famous Tasser Silk & Ikat weaving village).Boat trip in chilika lake to see migrated birds (optional).Overnight at Gopalpur or Taptapani.
Morning drive to Rayagada enroute visit south Odishan villages & Taptapani the hot sulpheric spring (the hot water spring bubbling with sulphur content is the prime attraction) & Saura tribal villages. On arrival at Rayagada check in to the hotel. Overnight at Rayagada.
Drive to Dukum (near Bisamkatak) to visit weekly market of Malia kondh (weekly market commence on Tuesday only). Later visit to Dokra crafts village at Jhigidi, pottery workers village & return back to Rayagada. Return back to Rayagada. Overnight at Rayagada.
After breakfast drive down to Chatikona to watch the interesting colourful weekly market of Dongriya Kondh Tribes (weekly market commence on Wednesday only). This tribe is one of the most primitive tribe of the Kondhs and they live in the high slopes of the Niyamagiri Hills. Then visit to Minapai (the bamboo craft village). Later drive to Jeypore. Overnight at hotel in Jeypore.
After breakfast, drive to Ankadelli (if permitted by concerned local authority) to visit the famous Bonda tribes (weekly market commence on Thursday only), who comes once every week for their weekly market. It is a unique opportunity to see such a colorful concentration of typical tribals at one place. Most interesting is to watch the Bonda woman in their colorful Jewellaries and marketing commodities.Then drive back to Jeypore. Later walk nearby Gadaba villages & Overnight at hotel in Jeypore.
After breakfast, drive to Kunduli to visit the weekly market of Paraja tribes and Mali the subtribe popularly known as vegitable growers (weekly market commence on Friday only) It is the biggest market of the tribal area. Later visit the nearby villages, tribal musium of Koraput, temple & then drive back to Jeypore. Overnight at Jeypore.
Morning after breakfast visit to Gupteswar cave temple with two hours drive. Trek (optional) more or less two hours by the river Salandi to visit the Durua gond of Siribeda, Kenduguda villages. After Lunch short drive to Baligaon to visit Bhumia, Batra tribal weekly market commence on Saturday. Back to hotel.Overnight stay at Jeypore.
Morning walk on the beach & visit fisherman community people / free morning for self. Later drive to Puri and check in to the hotel. Rest time relax on the golden beach of Puri. Overnight at Puri.
Morning visit to Jagannath temple (from the roof top as non hindus are not allowed). Then drive to magnificent world heritage sight Konark to visit the Sun temple. Return back to Puri. Enrote visit fisherman villages of konark & stone carver villages. Evening visit to beach market. Overnight at Puri.
Morning drive back to Bhubaneswar and transfer to airport/ train for onwards journey.
